6. Intellectual Property
The Member acknowledges that all content and materials available on the Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, are the property of the Company or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.
7. Amendments
The Company reserves the right to modify or amend this Agreement at any time. The Member will be notified of any changes to the Agreement, and continued use of the Platform after such notification constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
8. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of T.C. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of T.C.
